Delivery Time Slots

Only 3 delivery time slots are available daily. Please note your selected time slot during the check out process.

  • Breakfast Slot : 10am -  11.30am

  • Lunch Slot : 11.30am - 1pm

  • Evening Slot : 4pm - 5.30pm

All orders will need to be placed and payment confirmed by 5pm the day before, in order for it to be delivered the very next day. Any orders after 5pm, delivery will be made on the following day.

    FREE DELIVERY for orders above RM 50 to areas inside Zone A, B & C only

    KINDLY NOTE: If you are located outside Zone A, B or C, we can still organize for delivery to you via Grab/Uber with delivery fees to be covered on your end directly to the driver via C.O.D (Cash On Delivery).

     

    Delivery Terms & Conditions

    1. Collection To Be Done At Main Lobby or Main Entrance

    Delivery items will not be brought up to the office or apartment floors, due to the likelihood of a tight delivery schedule on the day itself. It may affect our inability to reach our customers in time. 

    2. Forfeited Deliveries

    a. Deliveries will be forfeited if the customer cannot be reached. An allowance of 3 missed calls will be given.

    b. Deliveries will be forfeited if the customer is not present after 5 minutes of receiving notification of arrival from our delivery personnel.

    Kindly provide us with an alternative contact number if you are unable to respond during the scheduled time of delivery.

    3. Delivery Cap

    Our delivery personnel are usually on bikes and will be affected in the case of heavy rain, storm, accidents or other unforeseen circumstances. We will provide a refund of the delivery fee if your order arrives any later than 1 hour after the allocated time slots.
